Our client is seeking to appoint a dedicated and professional Administration Officer to join their supportive school team on a long-term temporary basis.
This is a key front-facing position as the first point of contact for the school. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, be sensitive to confidential matters, and maintain discretion at all times.
Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and external agencies

Handling administrative and clerical tasks with efficiency and accuracy
*
Supporting financial processes within the school (training provided if needed)
*
Liaising with staff across all levels to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:

Relevant administrative/office experience (school environment experience desirable)

Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
*
A calm and approachable manner, even under pressure
