Location: Sutton with regular travel to other offices
Contract Duration: 6-12 month contract
Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for a Quality Assurance professional to work directly with the Manager to evaluate, assess, and review the performance of various departments. The successful candidate will be tasked with gathering key insights and providing actionable recommendations to help drive improvements and help the company reach its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and analyse the performance of various teams within the company.
Review team dynamics, workflows, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Create reports on team assessments, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to the Customer Service Manager regularly.
Provide actionable insights to help improve team efficiency, communication, and productivity.
Work collaboratively with the manager to strategise and implement initiatives based on findings.
Work closely with leadership to support business-building initiatives.
Support teams in adapting to new processes or methods for improvement.
Maintain a proactive approach to identifying potential obstacles and offering practical solutions.
