Role Data is a critical asset for the business and is directly linked to ongoing growth and stability of the organisation. In addition to day to day trading (including ERP / NDC integration), product data is also used for price guidance applications, catalogue creation, e-Commerce & marketing, inventory profiling, reporting and other areas. The MDM team will not only oversee the creation and amendment of all product data, but also of supplier and customer account data within our ERP systems. Key Responsibilities Approving new product creations to ensure data accuracy To maintain data validity and accuracy across all UK systems Performing reactive updates to product data as requested and approved by the relevant data owner, including kits and alternative products Create and maintain supplier and customer accounts data as required Performing bulk updates (including new creations and migrations), ensuring appropriate reconciliation processes are carried out to validate updates Develop a detailed understanding of the complex data structures and their relationships across all systems both within the UK and within the Group Who and what we are looking for?
