You will be the specialist who will provide technical advice and support for the maintenance of equipment, building fabric, and utility services across the Wythenshawe Hospital estate. What you’ll do: Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of all plant and equipment within the hospital estate, carrying out a range of repairs and new works to a high standard. You will be responsible for the service, installation, maintenance, and testing of complex systems. Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your workplace Actively champion a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff What you bring: Experience repairing plant and equipment, as well as the ability to fault find, read drawings, diagnose, and repair equipment using your technical knowledge.
