As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our catering and client services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:
* Managing all financial aspects of a contract
* Reconciliation of previous day’s revenues & takings and entry into Evolution
* Entry of purchase invoices into Evolution including approval of E-invoicing invoices
* Raising of sales invoices (deposits, final spends) on Evolution
* Input data onto Daily Tracker and distribute to management team
* Petty Cash analysis
* Third party voucher redemption
* Close week on Evolution
* Debt analysis, management and report (Internal/External)
* BOB analysis and sense check
* Voucher reconciliation
* Payroll input, and planday
* Reconciliation of accruals for month end accounts
* Reconciliation of prepayments for month end accounts
* Prepare E-trading accounts for General Manager & Management Accountant
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience in hospitality industry
* Ability to work independently
* Accounting experience
* Studying for qualifications (AAT)
