As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of our client’s mortgage business through inside sales engagement. You will focus on identifying and developing business opportunities by cultivating strong relationships with mortgage brokers and key industry partners via telephone and virtual channels. The role requires a proactive individual with in-depth regulated industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

Gain a deep understanding of mortgage products and communicate their value to brokers and partners
Drive business growth by building relationships via phone and digital channels
Collaborate with teams to exceed targets and deliver excellent service.
Identify opportunities to enhance the broker experience and provide feedback for product and process improvements
