Job Description
Our Client, a global leading Financial Services organisation are looking for a highly organised professional to join their IT department on an initial contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and improve internal procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
* Oversee the purchase, allocation, and disposal of company IT equipment, maintaining proper stock and ensuring devices are allocated to users.
* Organise meetings, negotiate contracts, and maintain communication with suppliers for office equipment and services.
* Process payments, allocate costs for mobile devices, IT services, and other related expenses across multiple offices.
* Lead the rollout of company mobile phones, assist in other IT projects like PC rollouts, and handle device-related queries.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Solid administrative experience, ideally within an IT department.
* Experience in invoice processing and vendor management.
