One of our client is seeking an L3 Production Support Engineer to provide expert-level support for Trade Surveillance Case Management and associated applications. This role involves investigating, diagnosing, and resolving complex production issues while ensuring system stability and performance. You will work closely with L1 and L3 teams, development teams, and business stakeholders to maintain high availability of critical trading compliance systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong expertise in troubleshooting and supporting web applications and data pipelines.
* Hands-on experience with Oracle (PL/SQL), Java, Spring Boot, Java Spark, Hive.
* Knowledge of trade surveillance or financial markets is highly desirable.
* Experience with incident and problem management in a production environment.
* Familiarity with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Kibana, Grafana.
* Proficiency in Scripting (Shell, Python, Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
