Do you enjoy making a real difference to young people who find school a bit more challenging?\n\nTradewind Recruitment are working with a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Brent that's on the lookout for a confident, calm, and caring Behaviour Mentor to join their team. This full-time role kicks off right after the Easter break and runs through to the end of the academic year.\n\nThe school supports secondary-aged students who've been referred or excluded from mainstream education. Many of them face social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges, along with behavioural difficulties.
The team there is all about giving these pupils a fresh start in a safe and encouraging space where they can begin to thrive again.\n\nIf you've worked with children or teens with behavioural or mental health needs before-or just have a natural way with young people who need a bit of extra support-you could be a great fit.
