Position:
An opportunity has arisen for 2 permanent Receptionist/Clerical Officer positions based at North Ayr Health Centre.
What you will do:
1. Provide a full range of reception duties for South Ayrshire H&SCP at North Ayr Health Centre.
2. Provide administrative and clerical support to all members of the Community Administration Team, including support to Community Nursing Teams.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
1. You should be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
2. SVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivalent experience is essential.
3. Knowledge of Trackcare and Care Partner is desirable.
4. Applicants must be flexible and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
5. The ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative, as well as part of a team, is essential.
6. Applicants should be able to work under pressure and communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and clinicians.
