I am proud to be working with a caring Domiciliary and Live-In Care provider in Banham, Norfolk. They are looking for an ambitious Deputy Manager to join their business, with the opportunity to progress into a Registered Manager position.
What’s on Offer:
£28,000-£33,000.
33 days annual leave.
On call is paid extra.
Progression into Registered Manager role.

Deputy Manager Responsibilities:
To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Director.
To continually support and monitor the development of care workers.
To support with maintaining the branch’s compliance.
To continually work on marketing the service on social media.
To attend and organise events in the community to promote recruitment and welcome client enquires.
To support with the recruitment and onboarding process.
To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
Deputy Manager Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager in Domiciliary/Live-In Care.
Must have achieved a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or be actively working toward a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
Must have a U.K. driving licence.
