Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and develop a team of five in the Operations department, including payroll, ensuring high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and service.
Payroll & Employee Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments for employees while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Process & Compliance: Stay up to date with industry regulations and FCSA updates, attending member meetings and ensuring compliance with best practices.
Automation & Efficiency: Collaborate with the internal projects team to improve operations and payroll processes through automation and system enhancements.
Audits & Reporting: Support the FCSA audit process and work closely with the internal finance team by providing key data for management accounts.
Systems & Software: Experience with My Digital Accounts is desirable but not essential.
About You: Strong leadership experience in umbrella payroll or a related operations role.
Excellent understanding of compliance, payroll processing, and industry regulations.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and process-driven mindset, with a focus on efficiency and automation .
