Key Responsibilities: Data Entry & Record Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records for new starters, leavers, and employee data across systems. Provide weekly reports and ensure accurate attendance tracking for both weekday and weekend shifts. Temporary Staffing & Shift Coordination: Communicate relevant information to staffing agencies. Record and manage employee shift change requests, ensuring they are accurately logged and communicated to the necessary personnel. Data Accuracy & Reporting: Perform regular cross-checks between all used tools to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. Investigate attendance discrepancies, particularly in cases where attendance varies from planned schedules. Generate and review employee scan time and performance-related reports, identifying operational issues or areas for improvement, and ensuring discrepancies are addressed promptly. General Team Support: Provide support to the Planning Team in case of absence, ensuring continuity in record maintenance and reporting activities. Skills and Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously while ensuring data accuracy. Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external staffing agencies. Experience in attendance management and performance reporting is a plus.
