Ex-Store Administrator, Hemswell Your Responsibilities & Role Purpose Responsible for administrating ex-store, ex-mill and delivered contracts. To assist with customer requests and support with stock taking. Main Responsibilities: • To administer ex-store, ex-mill and delivered contracts • To assist with customer enquiries and requests • To issue sales and delivery invoices • To enter collections and other stock transactions onto bespoke IT systems • Recording of storage rent invoices, purchase invoices and quality claims • Stock reconciliations • To keep quality systems up to date, including the HACCP system • Covering other team members and assisting in their duties Your Profile and Capabilities • Experience in an office/commercial environment • Educated to A’ Level standard or equivalent standard. • English language • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
