Role Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Goalkeeping Coach to join our team in Ramsey. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and challenging sessions for our aspiring young goalkeepers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver structured coaching sessions for goalkeepers of various ages and abilities.
* Focus on technical development, positioning, shot-stopping, distribution, and decision-making.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to help players improve their skills and confidence.
* Ensure all sessions are safe, inclusive, and enjoyable.
* Communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow coaches.
Requirements:
* Relevant coaching qualifications, preferably in goalkeeping.
* Experience in coaching goalkeepers, ideally within a youth development environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire young players.
* A valid DBS check.
