Your leadership will be key in expanding our market presence, and you’ll be supported in delivering significant results across a variety of public sector sectors including Local Authorities, NHS, Higher Education, and Public Services. As Senior Public Sector Engagement Manager, you will: Lead a team responsible for driving the usage and growth of procurement frameworks across the public sector. Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to meet and exceed annual rebate targets. Build and maintain relationships with senior C-suite decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Procurement Directors) in the public sector. Support other senior Procurement Services colleagues on regular reviews with strategic framework suppliers to identify opportunities for collaborative development. Develop strong stakeholder relationships by creating and retaining stakeholder mapping. Use data and market insights to inform decision-making and lead the team in identifying national procurement opportunities. Provide leadership and training to your team, ensuring they remain up-to-date with regulatory changes and product knowledge. Represent Procurement Services at key meetings, events, and conferences to raise awareness and expand networking opportunities. Ensure that all procurement activities are reported and KPIs are tracked and met, contributing to the success of the division. What We Require: Proven track record in leading teams and delivering on financial targets. Strong experience in public sector procurement and a deep understanding of relevant regulations. Extensive experience in business development and revenue generation, with a history of building relationships with senior decision-makers (ideally in both the public & private sector). High-level of flexibility to regularly travel across the UK for meeting and events. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels. A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
