Finance Assistant – Belfast 12-month FTC | Full-time | Office-based | £negotiable Reed Accountancy is delighted to be partnered with a fantastic client in Belfast in the appointment of a Finance Assistant to join their team in a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful Finance Assistant will be responsible for a variety of financial and administrative tasks, including: Key responsibilities include: Handling TSS administration tasks. Actively participating in the monthly management accounts process, including journal entries. Reviewing sales reports before submission. Setting up and managing daily and weekly sales records. Creating payment templates and processing payments through the banking system as needed. Issuing cheques and recording transaction details. Generating manual invoices upon request and maintaining the manual invoice register. Performing monthly reconciliations of control accounts, including bank reconciliations. Regularly communicating with branch administrators.
