Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum and school policies. Create engaging, creative, and interactive classroom activities that cater to the diverse learning needs of pupils. Monitor and track pupils progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve academic success. Promote positive behaviour management in the classroom, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about pupil progress and any concerns. Collaborate with other teaching staff and school leadership to ensure high-quality education and student wellbeing. Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated on best practices in teaching and learning.
