Job Purpose: A qualified Quality Engineer with experience of developing and implementing quality and business improvements to maximise production, profitability, and customer service within an Aerospace manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have good commercial awareness and excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop business relationships to promote growth within the company whilst maintaining quality standards. The role requires a self-motivated individual who is able to work without supervision and can make effective decisions to minimise quality-related problems.
