Positioned within the Web Operations Team, the Technical SEO Lead is key to the technical execution of SEO strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, website architecture, and analytics tools. Collaboration with the SEO & Content Manager and other team members is essential to align technical SEO efforts with overall content and marketing strategies.
The Web Operations Team works alongside the Marketing Propositions & Delivery team, Marketing Operations Team and the Customer Training & Events Team.
Activities:
Technical SEO Implementation:
Focus on the technical elements of SEO, including site architecture and indexing.
Implement technical solutions to improve site performance and search visibility.
Web Analytics and Data Analysis:
Analyse website data to inform and refine SEO strategies.
Use analytics tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Strategy Alignment:
Work within the SEO & Content Manager's framework to enhance SEO efforts.
Collaborate with marketing and web development teams for cohesive strategy execution.
Continuous Improvement and Reporting:
Stay updated with the latest trends in technical SEO and web analytics.
Provide regular reports on SEO performance and insights from web analytics.
