We're working alongside an industry leading firm, looking for a HR Coordinator to join our clients HR team in their Farnborough office. As a HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting each arm of the HR team ensuring accuracy of records and consistency on all levels. You will take a proactive approach to HR projects, tasks and administration. This role is perfect for a HR Administrator who's looking to take the next step in their career!
Responsibilities include:
* Maintain accurate personnel records, conduct file audits, and remedy gaps where applicable.
* Provide first-line advice to employees, line managers, and Heads of Department on employee relations matters.
* Dealing with day-to-day HR queries related to pay, benefits, and HR policies.
* Coordinate new starters and leavers, including preparing offers and leaver documentation.
* Liaise with HODs and supervisors to produce and issue accurate job descriptions.
* Administer trainee recruitment, including psychometric assessments, assessment centres, and interviews.
* Coordinate contract changes and implement subsequent system changes.
* Benefits administration, including researching providers and identifying options for continuous improvement.
* Support in HR investigations.
* Preparation of monthly reports on HR metrics.
What we need from you:
* High personal standards of work.
* Strong IT skills.
* Minimum of two years HR Experience.
* CIPD Level 5 preferred but not essential.
