We are seeking a Production Print Team Leader to join our team at Konica Minolta In this role, you will provide both technical leadership and people management to our team of field technicians, ensuring they meet cost and productivity targets while delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will serve as a key communication channel between the Service Team, customers, and other areas of the business, ensuring seamless coordination and a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: Lead, manage, develop and motivate a dedicated team of technicians Provide support to the specialist projects as necessary for more complex issues To undertake all repairs in a safe manner and in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and Health & Safety legislation.
