Compensation: Base: £65,000 - £75,000 Commission: £65,000 - £75,000 (OTE up to £130,000 - £150,000) Equity options & package tailored to your experience We're Looking For Someone Like You You're a driven SaaS sales professional with a proven track record, ready to redefine public sector sales. Our team is full of ambitious hunters passionate about making a difference in the UK market, embodying our core values of building trust, driving impact, and being ambitious. Your Skillset: More than 5 years of proven hunting & closing SaaS sales experience Public sector and start-up experience is a plus. Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships Ability to run a full sales lifecycle, start to finish, within the enterprise segment Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our software capabilities to C-level executives, directors, and sales managers Adept at identifying and utilising internal resources (Sales Development, Growth, etc.) to build Stotles brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and close deals Collaborative mentality by prioritising ‘we’ and not focusing on ‘me’ Superb listening skills; understanding and handling objections, turning sceptics into customers High level of empathy Experience hunting in greenfield environments and going up against competition Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results Demonstrated ability to conduct compelling on-site presentations and product demonstrations to C-Level executives ️ What You’ll Do First Month: Immerse yourself in the Stotles Sales Academy to grasp our mission, values, market and solution. Set and begin working towards your OKRs with your manager, integrating into the team and territory. First Three Months: Complete the Sales Academy. Master our product and build a robust sales pipeline. Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance your sales strategies. First Six Months: Consistently meet or exceed your sales targets, becoming a core member of our sales force. First Year: Stand as a role model for new hires, contributing to their training and success, and beginning to explore leadership roles within the team. A chance to get to know each other, and chat through your experiences, motivations, and goals. Stage 2 - Interview: Approx. 30 minutes - a deeper dive with our Head of Revenue to discuss your sales acumen and expertise Stage 3 - Communication & Skills Assessment: In-person/video call. Approx. 30 minutes on skills based question, 45-minute assessment. After this, 15-minutes of general conversation/Q&A about Stotles and getting to know the rest of the team. Stage 4 - Meet the team: In-person. Approx. 30-45 minutes. A chance to get to know the team, make sure we're the right fit for you (and vice versa) and ask any outstanding questions about life at Stotles. From here we will make a final decision.
