This is a great opportunity to join a pharmaceutical company as an Integrated Care Specialist. In this role, you will assist with the co-creation and implementation of account plans and effectively engage with relevant internal and external stakeholders across the health and care system. You will develop effective and sustainable business relationships, resulting in local market access, advocacy, and sales in line with plan.
Key responsibilities:
* Ensure achievement of sales growth through account planning and stakeholder engagement excellence.
* Accountable for co-creating the local account plan with all relevant functions.
* Manage and develop internal relationships with key stakeholders to ensure resource allocation and support of account priorities.
* Plan strategies to approach key stakeholders, ensuring advocacy development based on local environmental knowledge and healthcare delivery.
* Analyze and interpret clinical and sales data for the therapy area.
* Work to ensure accelerated access to medicines.
* Deliver successful outcomes for actions in the local account plan.
* Leverage the organization’s resources to coordinate efforts and build long-term relationships, meeting short-term revenue objectives.
The client is a leading global pharmaceutical company dedicated to developing medical products to improve and sustain life. They are known for effective treatments for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart attack, secondary stroke prevention, high blood pressure, thromboembolic disease, HIV/AIDS, Parkinson's disease, stroke, diabetes, and cancer.
The person/Experience:
* Proven sales achievement in a customer-facing role within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Up-to-date clinical knowledge of the therapy area.
* Excellent understanding of the NHS and experience managing long-term conditions.
* Aptitude for developing high-level product, competitor, and therapy area knowledge.
* Ability to build effective relationships, work collaboratively, and influence others.
* Financial and commercial awareness.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Solution-oriented approach.
* Analytical skills.
* Decision-making capabilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
* Full UK driver’s license.
