What you'll be doing?
You will report to the Divisional Director, assisting them in carrying out their duties and contributing to the overall success of the business by providing efficient and effective administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating closely with the Director to ensure that tasks such as reports, managing incoming mail and correspondence, organizing the diary/meeting schedule, and handling emails are managed efficiently.
2. Drafting letters, memos, Board Reports, schedules, etc., and following up on responses when needed.
3. Coordinating with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and workflow between departments and the Head Office.
4. Monitoring departmental or divisional office costs.
5. Carrying out general administrative tasks such as faxing, filing, photocopying, and handling telephone calls as required.
6. Assisting with additional administrative duties such as construction-based Admin, where support will be provided.
