The role: To provide administration support within Care UK to the Care, Quality and Governance Team, all homes and functions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Care, Clinical and Regulatory training Manager to supply and input information into reports.
Manage training events through the learning management system
Pro-actively drive compliance through various means of communication streams.
Provide compliance reports and information slide decks to senior managers on request.
Support all aspects of Champion and Trainer initiatives and various projects
Respond to training requests by assessing the training needs and establishing the best provider/delivery method
Work with the internal communications to communicate changes/actions required and promote the Care, Quality and Governance function across all media.
Produce/ re-brand collateral material including training content, posters, flyers.
What We're Looking For:
Previous administrative experience in an L&D, HR or Care, Quality & Governance environment
Ability to work collaboratively with others
