Job Summary:
The SHEQ Manager will be responsible for overseeing our company's Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain our SHEQ management system.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with senior management to establish and achieve SHEQ objectives.
* Provide training and guidance to employees on SHEQ procedures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in a SHEQ management role, preferably in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Salary:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
