Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and high-quality PE lessons that motivate students and encourage achievement.
2. Quickly adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
3. Maintain effective behaviour management to create a safe and respectful learning space.
4. Follow pre-prepared lesson plans or develop your own when needed.
5. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
6. Work collaboratively with school staff to support students' academic and physical development.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
2. A degree in Physical Education or a related discipline.
3. Experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting.
4. Strong classroom management skills.
5. Adaptability and flexibility to work in various schools.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
