Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide administrative and secretarial assistance.
- Ensure lawyers can dedicate time to legal matters while maintaining excellent client service.
- Offer opportunities to undertake supervised junior-level fee earning tasks.
- Transcribe digital dictations for comprehensive typing services.
- Manage file opening and invoicing procedures.
- Handle correspondence via phone, mail, fax, and email.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software.
- Manage schedules and arrange appointments.
- Draft and prepare necessary documents.
- Promptly address client queries and concerns.
- Assist in conducting research.
- Support Fee Earners with caseload and take on supervised junior-level fee earning tasks.
- Perform filing duties and general clerical tasks.
We're seeking a candidate with a blend of IT proficiency and superb typing skills, showcasing exceptional administrative and organizational talents, keen attention to detail, and adept communication abilities, including a polished telephone manner. They should inherently be collaborative, able to work autonomously and flourish in a dynamic, forward-thinking work environment.
