As a key leader, you will drive project success, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders, consultants, and contractors while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. \n\nThe opportunity \n\nYou’ll play a pivotal role in working with industry-leading clients, you’ll have the chance to drive innovation, lead multidisciplinary teams, and make a tangible impact on the built environment.\n\nAs a Senior Project Manager you will:\n\nEstablish clear communication and reporting channels with both the client and design team to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate feasibility studies including site surveys, investigations, and evaluations to assess project viability and inform decision-making.\nOversee project finances from inception to completion, managing cash flow forecasts, monitoring expenditures, recommending client payments, and ensuring alignment with internal budget and resources.\nProvide regular, comprehensive reports to clients on all aspects of the project, including inspections, scheduling, and the acceptance of work under defects liability and maintenance provisions.\nDevelop and maintain key project documentation, including programmes, master budgets, and risk registers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.\nImplement and maintain a robust document management system to ensure seamless tracking and retrieval of project information.\nProduce tailored reports for each relevant project stage to keep clients and stakeholders informed and aligned.\nAbout you\n\nBSc/MSc in a relevant project management/surveying/engineering related subject\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills\nBackground in a consultancy environment (preferred)\nGeneral commercial project experience\nNHS project delivery experience would be an advantage \nExperience of being named NEC ECC Project Manager\nIn return\n\n£50k - £70 per annum\n25 Days Annual Leave \nStrong Private Pension Contribution \nHealthcare\nExposure to High Profile Projects across multiple sectors \nTailored career development \nFlexible working option \nFor more information, please contact Halim Ahmad on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)\n\nCarriera Limited values diversity and promotes equality and no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate against any protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.
