Electrical & Maintenance Engineer - Rugby
Salary: £40,076.82 per annum, plus an additional 8% site allowance (£3,206 per annum), a night shift allowance of up to £5,000 per annum pro rata and weekend supplement for Saturdays and Sundays (£50 per attendance for Saturdays and £100 for Sundays) totalling roughly £3,800 per annum. You may be eligible for a welcome bonus of £1,500.
Working hours: 40 hours per week with a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off rotation. 4 days typically 5:50am - 6:15pm then 4 days off, followed by 4 nights 5:50pm - 6:15am then 4 days off.

Electrical & Maintenance Engineer role:
1. Maintaining electrical systems on site
2. Expert fault finding and providing advice and guidance to customers in relation to M&E equipment
3. Understanding plumbing tasks such as replacing taps, sinks, cistern filling/flush units, and heating elements
4. Knowledge of general building fabric repairs to maintain the standard of the building
5. Supply knowledge in a range of technical situations, making personal judgments on how to undertake work to achieve quality, cost, and time objectives
6. Provide technical advice and guidance to other staff and customers to resolve problems
7. Delivery of Corrective and Planned Maintenance to meet the performance measures detailed in the contract
8. Liaise with customers' representatives on a day-to-day basis to ensure customer requirements are fully met
9. Check and ensure all appropriate and approved paperwork is completed
Requirements:
1. You must hold an electrical certification such as the 18th Edition
2. You must have experience in facilities maintenance
3. Skills in dock/doors, plumbing, air conditioning, air handling, gas appliances, and lifts are desirable but not essential
4. Certification in IPAF and MEWP is desirable but not essential for consideration
5. Full UK driver's license is desirable but not essential
