Location: Luton Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 (DOE) Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 am - 17:15 pm Key Responsibilities: Leading the onboarding process for new hires and managing the exit process for departing staff. Working alongside management to address flexible working requests and family leave, ensuring alignment with both internal policies and legal standards. Handling employee inquiries and fostering positive internal relations. Maintaining accurate and current personnel records, including contracts and essential documents within the HR database. Assisting in the planning and coordination of training and development programs. Exercising increased autonomy, particularly in handling complex employee relations. Contributing to policy creation and implementation. Initiating and presenting new ideas. Required Skills & Experience: CIPD Level 5 certification or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant HR role, ideally within professional services. Familiarity with HR and payroll systems. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to stay composed under pressure. High level of discretion and professionalism, along with strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other HR software.
