PE Teaches/Professionals/Specialists - Swindon
Protocol Education are working with secondary schools in the Swindon area to appoint enthusiastic and committed PE Teachers/Professionals/Specialists. We are looking for individuals who carry a passion for PE, working with young people, and making a positive impact on their lives and education.

Qualified Teachers paid to scale
Unqualified - based on experience
Job Duties:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PE lessons to students - IF UNQUALIFIED, NO EXPECTATION TO PLAN AND MARK
2. Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback
3. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance learning
4. Establish a positive and supportive learning environment
5. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and student support
Required Qualifications:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Preferred but not essential
2. Degree/Experience in PE or related field
3. Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for PE
Experience:
1. Proven experience teaching PE at secondary school level is preferred but not essential
2. Experience working with Children/Young People within education or similar field (coaching, youth work etc)
3. Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Excellent understanding of PE concepts and principles
2. Effective classroom management skills
3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
