About the role: You will be involved in working with enormous amounts of HR data and collaborating with the HR team, playing a vital role in supporting decision-making by providing valuable insights to the function and the wider business. Your primary focus will be on collecting, analysing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving HR processes and initiatives. You will also be responsible for the accuracy and timely input of the data entered into the HR system (SuccessFactors). This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex HR data into meaningful reports and presentations. This role will suit a recent data science, mathematics or statistics graduate with 1-2 years' proven experience in data analysis or similar field. Responsibilities: Conducting statistical analyses and predictive modelling to support HR initiatives and identify potential risks or opportunities. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop reports and analytics to meet their needs. Collecting, collating, and analysing HR data from various sources, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant systems. Using data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Developing and maintaining HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR data and insights to C-suite and the wider business. Provide HR data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive HR initiatives. Stay updated with HR trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to enhance HR data analysis capabilities. Participate in HR projects including HR system implementations, process improvements, and automation. Support HR with special projects including regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance. Provide training and guidance to HR team members on data analysis tools and techniques. Data entry into HRIS, auditing the HR data and systems and ad hoc HR duties. About you - what you will need to have: Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex HR data sets. Advanced proficiency in using data analysis tools and programming languages, such as MS Excel or other statistical software. Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role. Experience with data tools and the ability to create compelling reports. Knowledge of HR processes, workflows, metrics, and KPIs desirable. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
