Overview
Stirling Dynamics is recruiting Modelling and Simulation Engineers to the Simulation, Dynamics and Control team.
Due to upcoming projects and continued growth, Stirling Dynamics are looking for multiple talented Modelling and Simulation Engineers to join our expanding team. We are looking for both permanent employees at all levels of experience, and contractors.
The successful engineers will work within a team responsible for the development of complex control algorithms and vehicle and system plant models for next generation marine applications. The role covers all aspects of model-based design, from controller design and tuning, model build, and testing. As a Simulation and Control engineer, you will work on the development of leading-edge algorithms and processes, using the latest tools to support the delivery and integration of models as part of a wider integrated model set.
Modelling, simulation, and control have been at the core of Stirling Dynamics' capabilities for over 30 years, leading in developing modelling techniques and model-based design activities. You will have the opportunity to learn from and share with other like-minded engineers across Marine, Aerospace, eVTOL, and cockpit control sectors.
The role is primarily based in our Bristol office, with occasional travel to client sites. We also support hybrid working and options to work from Preston or Derby offices.
