Job Overview: Join our team as a Customer Experience Advisor and become a key player in orchestrating a delightful customer journey post-purchase. In this dynamic role, you'll track and enhance the customer experience, ensuring seamless interaction across multiple channels and platforms. By liaising effectively with Production, Transport, and Sales teams, you'll tackle challenges head-on, significantly boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Support and Streamline: Aid the Customer Service Team Leader with the SR (GRN) process and ensure smooth dispatch by preparing essential paperwork including delivery notes and commercial invoices. Customs and Compliance: Coordinate with import/export companies for custom clearance and manage GDPR-compliant updates to customer data. Transport and Logistics: Provide administrative support for UK transport, including managing spreadsheets and covering holiday shifts. Communication and Resolution: Handle overflow of incoming warranty calls, responding to customer inquiries with technical guidance and installation information. Sales Support: Engage in upselling offloading facilities and ensure detailed project management of large orders to meet delivery timelines and specifications. Customer Interaction: Maintain direct communication with customers to confirm delivery dates and order details, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Skills and Qualifications: Communication: Strong phone etiquette and the ability to clearly convey information. Analytical Acumen: Excellent skills in analyzing customer needs and crafting personalized solutions. Technical Proficiency: Experienced with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Detail-Oriented: Sharp attention to detail with a capacity for high-quality data entry. Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and engaging disposition to build strong relationships with customers.
