About the Role
As a Senior Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
1. Quotations & Order Processing – Prepare and issue accurate quotes, process orders, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
2. Client Communication – Respond to inquiries, provide updates, and manage expectations professionally and efficiently.
3. Sales Team Support – Work closely with the sales team to keep projects moving, ensuring they have everything needed to serve clients effectively.
4. Workflow Coordination – Track and monitor ongoing sales orders, ensuring smooth progression and timely completion.
5. Administrative Excellence – Maintain records, update internal systems, and ensure all paperwork is accurate and well-organised.
6. Problem-Solving – Address client queries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring excellent customer service.
