In this role you will be:
1. Responsible for managing and controlling the maintenance budget for the home
2. Communicating and interacting with staff & residents, making sure the home is in excellent condition at all times
3. Carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks
4. Responsible for understanding and meeting statutory legal requirements
5. Carrying out regular safety checks (including fire alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting and water)
6. Respectful of residents at all times, especially their right to privacy, dignity and choice and incorporating their needs and requirements into your work routine to ensure their home is a pleasant place to live
