Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
Project manage internally produced content at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland (HPWW).
Pre/Post Event:
* Design, produce, resource, and manage the HPWW Ice Rink and Ice Slide.
* Design, produce, resource, and manage IMG’s bars (currently three venues).
* Resource and manage Bar Ice (no design input required).
* Research, program, and book live performances across all IMG projects at HPWW.
* Liaise with Sales and Hospitality teams for group bookings.
* Manage ambient music/playlist at HPWW.
* Design, produce, and manage the Winter Wonderland merchandise shop and activation.
* Take creative control over project aesthetics.
* Identify ways to increase consumer spend.
* Coordinate with external suppliers and negotiate budgets.
* Produce post-event audits and forecasts.
* Collaborate with senior directors to ensure project alignment with event themes.
* Co-manage the Event Creative Coordinator.
* Lead on-site during build and breakdown phases.
Live Event Phase:
* Control costs at bars and retail.
* Manage freelance staff and temporary teams.
* Handle performance artists and technical staff.
* Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement.
* Present ideas and reviews to senior management.
* Lead creative development and industry trend awareness.
* Manage support teams and external suppliers.
Key Results Areas:
* Deliver visitor destinations on time and within budget.
* Research and deliver high-quality ideas.
* Maximize commercial revenues.
Strengths Required:
* Experience in creative, hospitality, or live performance industries.
* Proven project management skills in festivals or events.
* Experience managing large teams and budgets.

Working Conditions:
* Permanent role based in Chiswick Park, London.
* Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some after-hours and weekend work.
* Travel may be required for events and meetings.
