QualificationsandExperience
* QualifiedSolicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 yearsPQE (PostQualified Experience) in familylaw.
* Demonstrable experience inhandling both private and legal aid family lawcases.
* Strong advocacy skills with aproven track record of representing clients in FamilyCourt.
* Excellent understanding oflegal aid processes andrequirements.
* Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills with a clientfocusedapproach.
* Ability to workindependently and manage a busy caseloadefficiently.
