IT Support Engineer
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to £28,800 per annum depending on experience

Real Life Options are a not for profit charity with a personal-centred support approach helping and assisting people to live a fulfilled life and are now looking to fill the role of ICT Support Engineer.
As ICT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing effective 1st line support to customers of the ICT department, assist in the resolution of technical issues and in providing system administration activities. You will also be involved in supporting the implementation of new ICT-related projects and systems including initiatives to develop ICT skills within the organisation.
The role will involve:
* Embed the organisational values of Respect, Honesty, Responsibility and Achieving Excellence in everything you do.
* Act as point of contact for all RLO Group employees for ICT related queries and issues within a country (Scotland or England).
* Provide effective responses to ICT faults and enquiries.
* Escalate any issues quickly to more senior team members.
* Maintain accurate records of ICT assets.
* Provision of routine ICT reports.
* Assist in administering users of systems including Entra, RDS, M365 and company-specific applications.
* Fix faults relating to phone, mobile and computing hardware or set-up from new.
* Assist with the purchase of ad-hoc ICT equipment such as keyboards, phones, laptops.
* Work with external suppliers to provide effective ICT solutions and support.
* Work closely with Operations and Functional Teams to provide an effective ICT support service to agreed service level agreements.
* Assist with the creation of training or communication videos and upload onto appropriate social media or file sharing channels.
* Contribute to the enhancement of employee ICT skills.
* Engage key stakeholders:
* Build effective relationships internally by working cross-functionally and collaboratively.
* Work with colleagues in other functions to ensure effective delivery of ICT services.
* Grow and sustain quality systems:
* Contribute to ICT and System projects as required to ensure they are focused, timely and aligned to the project specification.
* Be accountable for contribution to clearly defined team performance indicators.
* Other Responsibilities:

Qualifications
* ITIL desirable.
