The Role:
The IPS Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the Kent and Medway IPS (Individual Placement and Support) employment delivery contracts, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and that services adhere to IPS model fidelity standards. This role includes leadership, team management, performance monitoring, and the implementation of continuous improvement processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Duties:
1. Lead the delivery and management of the Kent and Medway IPS employment contracts
2. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations through performance monitoring, relationship building, and reporting
3. Line-manage the IPS employment delivery team, ensuring high standards of service delivery
4. Implement and maintain the IPS model to ensure quality service provision
5. Oversee referrals, progression toward individual goals, and manage capacity within the team
6. Deliver training and provide ongoing support to staff regarding the IPS model and its fidelity
7. Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery
8. Attend performance and strategy meetings with commissioners and stakeholders
9. Chair regular team meetings to ensure quality, good practice, and continuity across the service
10. Participate in IPS Fidelity Reviews to ensure continuous service improvement
11. Create monthly checkpoint reports, monitor staff performance, and resolve issues as they arise
12. Deputise for the Supported Employment Lead as required
What we need from you:
1. Proven experience managing IPS contracts and implementing the IPS model with people facing mental health challenges or employment barriers
2. Experience in line management, staff performance monitoring, and delivering training
3. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
5. Expertise in performance management, delivering reports, and managing resources
6. A commitment to upholding safeguarding, equality, and diversity standards
