A vacancy has arisen for a Recruitment Interviewer / Consultant within the Recruitment Department of REAL Fundraising Ltd.
THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in driving the success of our subcontracting partners by assisting with identifying, attracting, and selecting enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join their face-to-face fundraising teams.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for fundraisers, including the onboarding process, ensuring a high calibre of candidates are recruited to represent our organisation’s mission and values.
Applicants for this role will need strong communication and presenting skills, they will need to be motivated and driven, well organised and efficient, be focused on achieving targets and completing staffing requests in the prescribed time period.
A large amount of this role will involve telephoning potential applicants to assess suitability.
What we are looking for:
· Previous experience in recruitment, particularly in the fundraising, charity, or sales sectors, is highly desirable.
· Experience recruiting high-volume roles is an advantage.
· Knowledge of the face-to-face fundraising industry is beneficial but not essential.
· A ‘can do’ attitude is crucial.
