We are committed to raising the standard of educational support offered to vulnerable young people in the UK. Our mission is to provide high-quality, flexible, and holistic tuition to young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD / SLD), or other Additional Educational Needs.
About the Role
This role involves providing Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people who require support in their educational and social-emotional journey. You will work one-to-one with students, using a creative, flexible, and trauma-informed approach to raise their engagement and improve their outlook.

Your Responsibilities
* Plan each session of teaching, tutoring, and mentoring
* Work with young people who have a variety of learning needs, including SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs
* Use a flexible and holistic approach to meet the individual needs of each student
Requirements
* Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTS / QTLS)
* Minimum 2 years teaching experience
* Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs
* Enhanced DBS (we can help obtain this at cost if needed)
* You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote / online assignments
Employment Status
You will work through a contract for service and will be paid via PAYE. This is not a self-employed tutoring / self-employed teaching position.
