Job Description
* Providing comprehensive support to a senior executive, including diary management.
* Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs as required.
* Coordinating meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
* Liaising with stakeholders.
* Handling confidential information with discretion.
* Assisting with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents for meetings.
* Utilising Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations to support various projects.
* Arranging travel and accommodation for the executive.
* Performing other administrative duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
* Proficiency in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and accounting software is desirable.
* A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* An understanding of property administration is highly desirable.
* A high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information.
