THE ROLE As a Multilingual Customer Services Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to a diverse customer base, with a particular focus on supporting the launch of the company’s first German website. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers while also assisting English and French-speaking customers where needed. You will handle a variety of queries through phone, email, live chat, and social media, championing customer satisfaction at every interaction. In addition to providing expert advice on product selection you will assist customers with purchases, process payments, and handle refunds when required. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you develop in-depth knowledge of associated products, ensuring you can deliver expert guidance and uphold the brand's reputation for excellence. The role involves working a flexible schedule, including shifts between 8:30am and 6.00pm and occasional Saturdays. REQUIREMENTS To succeed in this role, you will need: • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is essential, with French language skills being a distinct advantage. • Customer Service Expertise: Previous experience in customer service, ideally across multiple contact channels (phone, email, live chat, social media). • Strong Communication Skills: An engaging communication style and the ability to build relationships quickly. • Adaptability: A flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn about rose care and products. • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with call handling software and working to targets. • Teamwork: The ability to thrive as part of a collaborative team.
