Do you want to make a difference to someone’s life? Are you interested in supporting young people with learning disabilities, working as part of a small team, in a job that will give you lots of satisfaction and fun whilst learning and training? Then please read on…
I am blessed to be the mother to a wonderful young lady (aged 21) who has an amazing sense of fun. She wakes up with a smile every day and enjoys living her life to the fullest. She needs help and support with all aspects of her life, and I can’t do that by myself.
We are thrilled to be able to recruit a small team of female Personal Assistants to support her in living her best life. You would be joining an established team of 3 PAs.
If you enjoy being outdoors, baking, gardening, being creative, attending concerts, visiting animals, and going shopping, then this role would be perfect for you. Our daughter leads a very active life with weekly cricket, discos, and social clubs in the evenings. She loves all of these activities, as well as holidays and aeroplanes, and we regularly travel abroad.
We are looking to recruit amazing people who are open-minded, friendly, and approachable. Honesty and a good sense of fun are essential. The capacity to show initiative and anticipate my daughter’s needs are also valuable skills. No previous experience is necessary; it’s the personality, caring nature, and ability to build a trusting relationship that matters.
We live in Altrincham (Cheshire) and have two younger children, so we welcome people who are family-friendly and accustomed to busy households.
