About the Role We are seeking a creative Design and Technology Teacher to join an Independent school in Harrow from September. This is a permanent, full-time position. The ideal Design and Technology Teacher will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. We are looking for a skilled Design and Technology Teacher. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Design and Technology Teacher lessons, covering various design and manufacturing processes. Prepare students for projects and assessments. Develop students' design thinking and practical skills. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Contribute to the development of DT resources. Organise and lead design and technology-related extracurricular activities. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Design and Technology. Proven experience in teaching design and technology at secondary level. Strong technical and practical skills. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
