Streetscene provide high quality grounds maintenance & street cleansing services to the residents and visitors of Knowsley The successful candidates will work as part of the Streetscene Service delivering grounds maintenance and street cleansing duties Boroughwide. Duties will include general street cleansing and grounds maintenance operations such as litter removal, grass cutting, bin emptying, mixed border maintenance and fly tip/graffiti removal. The job role is based outdoors and involves walking, lifting and the operation of handheld machinery such as pedestrian mowers, strimmers, hedgetrimmers and sucker blowers. The job requires an element of independent and flexible working to undertake all tasks associated to maintain the cleanliness and high quality appearance of the environment At Knowsley Council we will consider requests for flexible working.
