Job summary The delivery and support of digital technology at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is fundamental in enabling staff to provide excellent and safe patient care. Main duties of the job The post requires an efficient, caring and proactive individual with an appreciation and understanding of the confidential nature of the work. Applicants will be providing first line support and assistance for using helpdesk software to patient systems service users, (full training on patient systems and helpdesk software will be provided).
